The ezchute
The ezchute is an operator-controlled discharge chute that makes mowing faster, cleaner, and easier. With a quick lift of the handle, you can switch from discharging to mulching, saving time and money by reducing cleanup around driveways, sidewalks, pools, landscaping, and vehicles. Flipping the chute down keeps clippings out of unwanted areas, while mowing with it open in larger spaces spreads grass evenly without windrows. Unlike mulch plates or bagging systems, the ezchute is always ready to use and folds neatly out of the way when open, so it won’t interfere with low shrubs or overhanging obstacles.

Design
Our Promise
At ezchute, we stand behind every product we make. Built from solid steel, the ezchute is designed for long-lasting dependability and backed by a two-year warranty for peace of mind. Safety is always a priority—when closed, the chute blocks the discharge opening to help protect people and property. And because it reduces or eliminates cleanup around driveways, sidewalks, and landscaping, the ezchute boosts productivity and helps maximize your bottom line.
FAQs
-
For large, open spaces, keep the ezchute open. This allows maximum grass clipping dispersion, giving your lawn a clean, professional finish without visible clumps.
-
When open, the ezchute lies back neatly and stays out of the way of low plants, shrubs, or overhanging objects.
-
Simply turn the handle to close the ezchute. This converts your mower into a mulching machine, ideal for confined areas. Closing the chute not only improves safety but also reduces cleanup around driveways, sidewalks, beds, and other areas.
-
Yes! The ezchute includes a fully adjustable mid-position using the SpeedSwitch rod bracket. This lets you limit or direct clippings when you need extra control.
-
No. The chute position can be changed at any time right from the control panel. Just turn the handle to the setting you want—open, closed, or mid-position.
-
Not at all. The control rod tucks neatly into the ECS, and the handle is designed so it won’t interfere with your grip or other mower controls.
